Movement and dance are great forms of exercise…a way to get your body moving, reduce stress, help with strength and coordination, be creative and have fun. You will love dancing!

Inclusive Movement and Dance provides opportunities for movement and dance to children and adults with disabilities in an encouraging and supportive environment.
Our dance company offers adaptive dance. All dances are modified to accommodate our dancers.
We include ballet, tap, contemporary and improvisational and have recently added rhythm dances, flamenco and tango.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!
Inclusive Movement and Dance is growing and we need Volunteer Dance Assistants to join our team.
We are seeking people who have a heart for service AND a heart for those with disabilities. Come join us for a unique and fulfilling experience. You can make a difference in the lives of our very special dancers!
Our Dance Assistants work one-on-one with our dancers in class, providing help in movement and learning choreography, and dancing with our students in our shows and other performances.
No dance experience necessary—you will be trained!
Volunteers must be at least 16 years old (18+ years complete a background check). Need community service hours? We can provide those! Please contact us at info@inclusivemovementanddance.com. for more information.
