Movement and dance is a great form of exercise for children and adults with or without disabilities. Regardless of your abilities or what shape you are in, you will love moving and dancing!
Inclusive Movement and Dance provides opportunities for movement and dance
to children and adults with disabilities in an encouraging and supportive environment.

It is hard for us to see the world from their point of view: from silence, blindness, delay, autism, a wheelchair or a walker.
